Introduction

Your Inbox is where you manage all candidate conversations. Any time you message a candidate or they message you, the conversation appears here. To access your inbox, click Inbox in the left sidebar.

1. Your Conversations

On the left side of your inbox, you will see all your open conversations. Use the search bar at the top to find a specific candidate by name. Click on any conversation to open it and continue the chat.

Each conversation card shows:

• The candidate's name and profile picture
• A preview of the last message
• The time of the last message

2. Reviewing Candidate Details

When you have a conversation open, you can review the candidate's details right from the inbox. Click on a candidate's CazVid at the top of the panel to see their video resume and profile information.

From the candidate detail view you can:

• Watch their CazVid video resume
• Add them to a list using the green "Add to List" button
• View contact details by clicking the (i) icon (email, phone)
• Share their profile with your team

3. Sending a Message

To send a message, type in the text box at the bottom of the screen and click the send button (or press Enter on your keyboard). Messages are sent directly to the candidate and they will receive a notification.

Tip: You can also start a new conversation with any candidate from their profile in Search Candidates or from your Lists. Messages from all sources appear in your inbox.
