Your Quick Apply

1. What is the quick apply?

A way of receiving applications to your job is by sharing your quick apply link. With this link, candidates can apply directly to your job and will show up in the list of the connected job. Using the quick apply is easy. Simply go to the list of the job you want to receive applicants for, copy the link, and share it in your network. Candidates will be able to apply with a pre-structured form and will be added to your list and your contacts when completed.

2. How to access your quick apply?

Accessing your quick apply is fairly straightforward. You can access your quick apply through your CazVids or through the ATS. When copying your quick apply, you can also choose in which language it appears to candidates.

If you have created a list for a CazVid but have no candidates in that list yet, you can copy your quick apply link by going to My Cazvids -> Job Applications.

3. How to use your quick apply?

In the simplest terms, the quick apply is a pre-made form you can share through a link with which candidates can apply. Candidates fill in a form and the information is directly sent to your ATS. The only thing you have to do is copy your quick apply through a link or an embeddable button and share it with candidates as a form of applying. There are two main ways to share the quick apply with candidates.
This process is pretty straightforward. Simply copy the link with the instructions above and share it in your social network or any other channels you're receiving candidates from. You could for example make a socials post promoting your job and using your quick apply as a way for candidates to apply.

3.2. Using the embeddable button

Embedding the CazVid apply now button on your website depends on the provider you are using for your website; you can ask your website expert to integrate the button into your website (they will know how to) or try it yourself. It works by copying a HTML code and then embedding that HTML into your website.

Obtaining the HTML is very simple. Simply follow the steps in the section highlighted above, 'how to access your quick apply?' but instead of copying the link. You will need to copy the HTML code.

3.2.1. Integrating the button in your website

4.  The quick apply form

When candidates use the quick apply, they will be redirected to the form, where they can apply with a cover letter, a written resume, and a CazVid so that you get enough information on the candidate. After applying, the candidate will automatically be added to your contacts, and to the list you selected for your quick apply.
