Our team has refined the job posting interface to make managing your listings more intuitive and efficient. Key updates include:

  • Job Details & Prescreening Questions: Clearer organization and accessibility for creating and editing job details and pre-screening questions, facilitating quicker setup.
  • Applicants & Recommendations: Improved display and management of applicants and candidate recommendations, helping you identify top talent effortlessly.
  • Empty State UI for No Jobs: Implemented a user-friendly empty state UI that guides you seamlessly when no job postings exist, reducing confusion and encouraging prompt action.
  • Finishing Touches on Job Postings: Minor visual and functional enhancements to ensure your job postings appear polished and professional.

Streamlined Workflow and User Experience

We have introduced several improvements to optimize your workflow:

  • Inline Job Editing & Promote Actions: Now you can edit jobs directly within the main interface and promote postings with ease, saving time and clicks.
  • Tabbed Interface & Data Retrieval: Enhanced tabbed views retrieve relevant data efficiently, making navigation more responsive and organized.
  • Quick Apply Feed & Job Display: The quick apply section now appears on the right, with prominent display of job titles, companies, and tags at the top for quick reference.
  • Skeleton Loading & Visibility Improvements: Added skeleton loaders during data fetches to inform you of ongoing processes, along with improved visibility of key buttons like "Post a Job".

Bug Fixes & Stability Enhancements

This release addresses numerous bugs to improve reliability and user experience:

  • User Location Display: Resume cards now accurately show user location, enhancing candidate profile clarity.
  • Crash Fixes: Resolved crashes occurring when creating or opening lists, reopening video resume cards, and during application processes, ensuring a more stable platform.
  • Link & Navigation Fixes: Corrected broken share links on Cazmeter cards and fixed redirect issues after inviting users or accepting invitations, preventing dead-ends.
  • UI & Layout Corrections: Fixed layout issues with the "Add User" button across languages, small screen display issues for user tables, and content persistence problems after tab switches.
  • Functionality & API Updates: Created APIs for deleting posts, modified existing APIs to accept new data like prescreening questions, and improved resume parsing during candidate addition.
  • Other Notable Fixes: Addressed blinking issues when viewing resumes, response time delays during workspace switches, OTP input problems, manual location entry issues, and missing translations.
