Your post status

Your post status

Introduction

When you post a job on CazVid, our team carefully reviews it to ensure it aligns with our community standards and maintains the quality of our platform. Your post will initially be marked as "Pending" and updated to "Approved" or "Rejected" within 24 hours. This article explains what each status means and provides guidance to help you get your job post approved.

1. Pending

After posting your job, it will be marked as "Pending," indicating that our team is reviewing it. You will receive an email notification within 24 hours, and the status of your post will automatically update based on our review.

2. Approved

If your job post meets our criteria, it will be approved and made visible to candidates. To improve your chances of approval, follow these tips:
  1. Use a company email: Register with a professional email address (e.g., johndoe@cazvid.com) instead of (e.g. johndoe@gmail.com).
  2. Provide a clear job description: Explain the position in detail, including the job's activities and responsibilities.
  3. Incorporate a company logo: Adding a logo enhances credibility and attracts candidates.

3. Rejected

If your job post is rejected, it may be due to credibility concerns or other issues. Below are common reasons and how to address them:

3.1. Inappropriate Content

Posts that violate our policies will be rejected. Examples include:
  1. Content with nudity or offensive language.
  2. Job positions unsuitable for our platform, such as webcam modeling.
  3. Companies engaged in inappropriate activities, such as adult entertainment.

3.2. No Video

Video job posts without meaningful content will be rejected. Ensure your video is relevant to the job. If you're a candidate looking for work, upload a video resume instead using the "I'm looking for work" option in the CazVid app.

3.3. No Sound

Video posts without audio may be rejected. Make sure your video includes clear sound. Text-only job posts are not affected by this rule.

3.4. Duplicate

Duplicate job posts with identical details will only have the first post approved. If you're targeting different locations, duplicate posts are acceptable. For better visibility, consider upgrading to CazVid+. Learn more about our packages here.

3.5. Bad Sound

Videos with poor audio quality may be rejected. Ensure the sound is clear and easy to understand. This applies only to video posts created via the CazVid app.

3.6. Other

Posts flagged as potentially misleading or suspicious will be rejected. Examples include:
  1. Unreasonably high salary offers.
  2. Vague job descriptions lacking clarity.
  3. Jobs resembling multilevel marketing schemes.
  4. Unrealistic job offers (e.g., high pay for minimal work without clear responsibilities).
  5. Requests for upfront payments (strictly prohibited).
For more details, contact us via the chat bubble or our helpdesk.

3.7. Appealing a Rejection

If you believe your post was rejected in error, you can appeal by contacting us through the chat bubble or by submitting a rejection ticket in our helpdesk.
