Creating a CazVid

Creating a CazVid

Introduction

In this article we'll describe how you can get started posting your jobs on CazVid with the help of CazVid's generative AI. It is also possible to post jobs using the mobile CazVid app. Let's get going!

1. Open the job post form

When you land into the desktop, you will see the 'Create Job' button on the top right on the screen. Pressing this button will open up the job posting form so you can begin posting your job.
Click on the blue 'Create Job' button to start creating your job

2. Create a job desciption

Now that you have opened the job posting form, we will start creating the job post description. In this section you can choose between creating a new job description or uploading your existing job post.

2.1. If you have already formulated a job description

If you have already created a job description somewhere else, you can skip the job description generation and instantly paste your existing one in the CazVid job builder. You might want to select this option if you:
  1. Have posted your job on other websites like job boards or social media
  2. Have your jobs saved on a drive (locally or cloud-based) on for example a pdf or word document
  3. Do not want AI assistance in generating a job description
If you do not want our generative AI to help you generate a job description you should select the blue 'I already have my job post' button.

Select, 'I already have my job post' if you have already written a job description

After pressing that button, you will arrive at the following screen where you can paste your job description in the textbox on the bottom.
Paste your job description in the textbox to add a description to your job

2.2. If you want to generate a new job description

If you have not formulated your job description yet and would like to have some help from AI with it, we suggest you use our generative AI-powered job builder. You can always edit your generated job description later.

2.2.1. Giving an initial description

Here, simply provide some details about the job you are looking for in the text bar and click build job. You will then start up CazVid's AI powered job builder.

Here's some tips on what to fill in:
  1. Include as many details as possible. Like Salary, Industry, Job Title, Experience Required, Personality Type
  2. Don't worry about formulation or proper language, the AI will take care of that.
Remember, the more details you put into the system, the better your recommended description will be.

Examples of what you might enter into this field are:
  1. I am looking for a customer service representative at my software company to perform daily support calls through google meet and respond to clients through our SMS channel. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and knowledge of recruitment software. Available to take phone calls and fluent in English. Should be motivated and friendly. Have a lot of patience.
  2. I am looking for a barista to make coffee at my coffee shop 6 days a week with 1 year of experience in restaurants. Monday-saturday from 6am to 2pm.
  3. I am looking for a sales representative to do demos for my data security company. The person will use Zoho to manage our clients and leads. They should be familiar with Zoho CRM and be fluent in both English and Spanish. They should at least have 2 years of experience in sales.
Use the 'Build Job' functionality to let AI generate a job description for you

2.2.2. Additional details

After writing your initial prompt, you can now go ahead and select some additional details to your job posting. If your desired options don't show up, you can temporarily select another one and edit the final job description. After you've filled in all of the details, select the green 'Generate Full Job Post' button on the bottom to generate your description.
Full position title
In this section, select the name of the position you are hiring for. Some examples include:

  1. Customer service representative
  2. Sales Agent
  3. Dispatcher
  4. Veterinarian
  5. Administrative assistant

Location
In this section, we have to select the city in which we are looking for candidates. For example, if we are looking for candidates from Tempe (Arizona) we would select Tempe, Arizona, United States.

If your job is not location bound:
If your job is not location bound, you should select the city that your company headquarters is situated in. Let's say I am offering a remote job as a customer service agent, and I am ready to receive applications from all of the world. I would select Tempe, Arizona as my location. As that is the city in which my headquarters are located.

If your job is nation-wide:
Select a city in the country you are looking for. We recommend you use the city in which your company is situated. Or if you are looking for candidates in another country, use the capital of the country that you are looking for candidates in.

For example, I am looking for candidates all over the United States, and my headquarters are located inside of the United States as well. I would use the location (city) of my headquarters. For example, Tempe Arizona.

If you are looking nation-wide for candidates outside of the country where your headquarters are located, we recommend you use the capital of the country where you are looking for candidates.

For example, my headquarters are in the United States, but I am looking for candidates in Mexico, I would select Mexico City as the location.
Salary
In the salary section. You should select the salary range of the position.

If you do not have a salary offer decided, or the payment is to be agreed upon, you can select a temporary option and edit it later in the generated description.

Here, select the schedule your employees will have. You can choose between:

  1. Full-time
  2. Part-time
  3. Contract (independent contractor)
  4. Temporary
  5. Internship

  1. High School Diploma
  2. Associate Degree
  3. Bachelor's Degree
  4. Relevant Certification

Recommended Skills
In this section, select relevant skills for the job the candidates might need or you would prefer they have. If you're missing anything, you can still add that in the description later.
Tone
Select the tone of the job post. This will impact how your job post will come across to candidates. You can choose a more friendly, or a more professional tone. Depending on how you would like to get your message across to the candidates.
Post Format
In this section, select the format of the job post. Maybe you would like to keep it short, or maybe you would like to give a more detailed explanation of the job. Select the type of format and the AI will use that to generate your description.

3. Add the last details and finish your post

We should now add some final details to our job post and finish it up. You can still edit or add your job description in this stage. So review your job description and make changes where necessary. Then fill out the final details. A guide to the details is included below.
Add additional details on the top of the job posting form and edit your description to finalize your job post

Company Name
In the company name field, type the name of the company hiring for the position. If you are hiring for your own company, this would be your own company name. If you are a recruiter hiring for another company this would be the name of the company where the position is.

If you are a recruiter and would not like to disclose the name of the company you are hiring for, you can fill in your own company name.
Pick a Background Color
You are now about to customize your job post. If you do not want to change the design you can simply leave this field as is.

Select the color box next to the color code to search for a color or type your own code by pressing the color code in the textbox.
