1. Create a job
To get started with CazVid you will need to post a job. Most of CazVid features are personalized towards your recruitment needs so we strongly advise you to post a job. So, if you haven't already. Post your job now and reach millions of candidates all over the world. To do this use the button in the picture. Read this article to learn more about posting a job.
2.1. Get candidates by sharing the job
Once your post is approved, you will see it on My CazVids and you will also be able to share it with people so they can apply. Get the sharing details from My CazVids > Select the post > Job Applications.
2.2. Get candidates using the Search feature
Alternatively, you can search candidates with the help of our AI. Go to Search Candidates and tell us what you are looking for and select which results you want to see first.We also recommend these best practices to take advantage of the AI powered search.
Use precise language and specific terms rather than vague requests
Include key details like job titles, locations, or contexts relevant to your search
Break complex questions into smaller, focused queries
We have three options from where you can get candidates:
Cazvid Users: Job seekers registered in our platform.
Workspace Contacts: Contacts added to your workspace by other members of your organizations.
Global contacts: Contacts found on LinkedIn
2.2.1 Adding Cazvid Users
Once you get the results, select the candidate you are interested in to access the options to send messages and add to the list of the job previously created. Repeat this with the desired candidates.
2.2.2 Adding Global Contacts
Our newest update allows you to search contacts out of Cazvid with our AI powered search that gives you possible candidates based on your search criteria. You will have the option to access their LinkedIn profiles and, if available, their contact phone number/email address. You can also add them to your lists by clicking on the heart icon.
