How to contact CazVid candidates?

To contact candidates in CazVid you have 2 general options: 

1.  Through CazVid

Generally speaking, there are two methods of speaking to candidates within CazVid. One requisite is that they have a CazVid account. If the candidate is not yet registered in CazVid, it is impossible to send them a message directly through the platform. There are two basic streams of candidate conversations. For more information on speaking with candidates, and tips and tricks. Please refer to the article 'search candidates' for more information about contacting candidates.
Initiating a conversation

1. Through the lists

Using the CazMeter, you can directly contact candidates you like. After activating the CazMeter, you can send the candidate a message through the messaging section that pops up. This especially comes in handy when combining it with the gap analysis, which gives you suggestions on which questions to ask as you see in the video below. 2. Through 'search candidates'

To contact candidates through the search candidates section. Search and select the candidate you want to contact and simply send them a message using the messaging bar on the bottom of the candidate view.
To find the candidate, you can simply search them in the 'search candidates' section and access their contact information on their profile
Candidate Initiated Conversations
When a candidate initiates a conversation with you, you will receive a message in your inbox. You can directly respond to their message there. Read 'Your Inbox' for more information on how to use your inbox. Candidates that have applied through your quick apply will automatically send you a message and be available in your inbox as well. These conversations are also available in the 'My CazVids' section. Where you can see the candidate-initiated conversations per job.

2. Outside of CazVid

You can also contact candidates by phone or by e-mail. You can then contact them yourself with their e-mail, or their phone. For more information on contacts and (editing) contact information please refer to 'Managing Your Contacts'

There are three methods to find the contact information of candidates in CazVid: 
From Your List
To find contacts from your lists. The only thing you will have to do is click the ... button on the right-upper side of the candidate profile.

From Contacts
To find the contact information of a candidate from your contacts you to your contact list, select the contact you would like to see the information of, and review the contact information on the right-hand side of the screen. Here's the steps:
  1. Open your ATS and go to Contacts
  2. Find the candidate you want to contact and click on their name (blue)
  3. See their contact info on the right-hand side of the screen

From Search Candidates
To get information of a candidate through the search candidates. Go to the 'search candidates' section. Select the candidate and click the (i) button to show the candidate's available contact information. This is only possible if the candidate has uploaded a video resume. Follow these steps to find the contact information of a candidate through 'Search Candidates'
  1. Go to 'Search Candidates'
  2. Find the candidate
  3. Click on their title 
  4. Click on the (i) icon at the top right
