How to create lists in CazVid?

The CazVid lists allow for easy candidate management and the unlocking of more advanced features, like the CazMeter. After posting a job, a list will automatically be created for the job you just posted until you have reached the list limit of your plan. You can also create lists yourself. In this article we explain how you can create lists yourself might you want to create additional lists.

1. From your CazVids

1.1. Go to 'My CazVids'

Go to the 'My CazVids' section to see all the jobs that you have posted and manage your posts.
Navigate to the 'My CazVids' section

1.2. Select the job you want to create a post for.

Now select the job you wish to create a list for by clicking the box that represents the job.
Select a post to see more information and manage your applications.

1.3. Go to the 'Job Applications' section

You can now go to the Job Applications section of your post to manage all of the applications to your job. From here you will be able to manage your applications per CazVid.

1.4. Create a list

Now click the 'Create List' button to start creating your list.

1.5. Add list details

Now choose a name for your list and select a color to later find your list more easily. We recommend naming your list after the related job post and choosing a fitting color for the job so that you can later find the list back more easily. For more info about accessing your lists read section 2, 'How to access your created lists'

1.6 Connect your CazVid

Now connect the job that you want to use this list for. By doing this, you will be able to automatically relate the job applications to the job you posted and manage your job more easily. Additionally, the CazMeter will use this job post to evaluate the candidates based on the job details.

1.7. Create your list

You have now entered all necessary details and can now finalize your list. Click the blue 'use manage candidate template' button to create your list.

1.8. List Created

You have now created a list which is still empty. The next step for you now is to get some candidates in your list and start using the CazMeter to let AI review your candidates for you. Read further in this article or read 'How to get candidates for your job with CazVid' for more information on how to get applicants and let CazVid's generative AI review and order them.

2. From the ATS section

2.1. Open your ATS

To create a list directly from your ATS, navigate to the ATS section by clicking on 'ATS' on the left-hand side of your screen.

Now select the 'Create Lists' button to start creating a list.
