Introduction to My CazVids
The term CazVid is an abbreviation for 'Casual Video'. This term was originally coined by the creators of CazVid to describe the video resumes in which the candidates present themselves in the platform. When CazVid was created, the vision was to focus on candidates presenting themselves in video resumes, so employers can see, and hear them even before inviting them for an interview. Over the years, this term has grown to encompass all posts made in CazVid. Video resumes, (video) job posts, and more. We honestly believe these CazVids, along with the generative AI of the CazMeter can be sufficient for hiring candidates even without conducting an interview. But employers are free to invite candidates over for an interview if desired.
With your CazVid lists you can easily manage candidates for your job. We recommend you use 1 list per job. In this article we will explain everything you need to know about your CazVids to set you up for success with CazVid.
1. How to access your CazVids?
When you log in to CazVid you will automatically be taken to the 'My CazVids' section. Might you need to re-navigate to your CazVid, then you can locate the section by clicking on the 'My CazVids' section.
2. How to create a CazVid?
If you would like to post a job or a video resume you can do so by clicking on the blue 'Create CazVid' button on the top right of your CazVid ATS. For more information on how to post a job please refer to the article 'Creating a CazVid'.
3. Team CazVids
If you are working with other team members in a Workspace, this is the section where you can find and manage the CazVids your team members posted.
4. Details of your job post
To review the details of a CazVid, click on the job post from the section 'My CazVids'. You can then access the details of your CazVid and review it. From here you can also share your CazVid with the share button and delete any inactive CazVids. You can access your CazVid details as following:
5. Reviewing your applications
You can review your applicants per CazVid by navigating to the 'Job Applications' section of the selected post. If you have already created a list, you can also find a summary of the candidates for your job here. If you have not created a list for your job yet, you can do so by clicking on the 'create list' button. Read 'The CazVid Lists' for more information on CazVid lists.

6. Responding to applicants
You can also respond directly to applicants that have applied to your job. They might have applied by sending you a message in CazVid, or applying with the Quick Apply. Simply click on their profile picture and quickly respond to any message they might have sent you.
7. CazVid+'s
You can also upgrade your CazVids to CazVid+'s. With this premium CazVid feature, your CazVid will be sent to 5,000+ candidates and promoted through paid online advertisements. It is an easy way to get loads of applicants quick.
You can upgrade your posts in the review and publish stage of creating your CazVid or you can upgrade existing posts by selecting the post you wish to upgrade and clicking the blue 'upgrade to premium' button from my CazVids.
